Having lived in Short Hills for 25 years, Joanne is an incomparable source of knowledge when it comes to the area's school districts, neighborhoods, volunteer opportunities, cultural events, recreation and more. She was born and raised in New York City and lived on Long Island before moving to Short Hills. She holds a BA in psychology.

Joanne's children all graduated from the Millburn school system where she was an active and participating member of the PTA. She is a volunteer for the Overlook Hospital TWIG organization and an annual participant in the Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure" in New York City.
